Katy Holmes Appreciation Post

On this day, 13 years ago, a baby girl was born.

She was named, Katy Holmes. 

Katy was a happy girl, always smiling 

and spreading her joy to others. 

Many would say that she was a hero, an 

inspiration to those around her.

The key word being 'was'. Meaning, past 

tense. 

Well if you ask me, she remains a hero, an 

inspiration to all who come across her. 

Today we celebrate in memory of her as she 

shall forever remain 10-years-old due to a 

viscous brain tumour taking her life away.

So as we're nearing summertime and 

the weather is getting that little bit warmer 

I thought it would be a good idea to do a 

summer style/ typical Ariana look. 

As always, on my inspired by outfits, I tried 

to pick out reasonably priced items, although

by now, you must know that polyvore isn't on 

the side of people with a budget.

I'm not particularly sure if you've noticed but...

Harry Styles is one of my fashion icons ;)

Ripped skinny jeans are my absolute favourite and 

Mr Styles has already pulled this look off so many 

times. 

As it is getting to that time of year where the sun

is starting to show itself once or twice during the

day, I decided on a nice floral crop top from forever 21.

The shoes are Dr. Martens black booties and although

they're not the cheapest brand around, they are 

most definitely long lasting and durable. 

Side note: I've decided to start a piece of clothing 

of the day! This will either be from my wardrobe or, 

of course polyvore. :)

I think this is my favourite outfit inspired by yet :)

Demi Lovato is an American singer who recently announced a 

European tour for her latest album 'Demi' called Neon Lights !! 

I could speak to you all night about how much Demi is a great role 

model and awesome at fashion but that would make this the longest 

blog post in the  world.

Therefore I think I'll just say this, I really enjoyed making this outfit, 

it was very fun to piece together very challenging as well.. :)) 

Have a lovely day/evening/night wherever you are in the world but

Bring Back Our Girls

Miley Cyrus twerks, and we all talk.

Justin Bieber is arrested and it's on all news stations.

Kim and Kanye have a baby and social media blows up.

However, when 234 girls are KIDNAPPED from school in Nigeria...

No one says a word. 

On April 15th, a group of terrorists had gone into a school and 

kidnapped 234 young girls between the ages of 12-17. 

Very few of these girls have escaped. 

All we have fighting our corner are protesters.

Protesters who are giving their all in order to pressure the Nigerian 

government into doing something about this serious incident.
